SHIPPING

Shipping prices are based upon current rates for USPS or UPS.  Very large or heavy items may need to be shipped truck freight, and we will contact you with the costs for that.  Note that the actual shipping price may vary.  Except for truck freight items and some international shipments, the actualy shipping cost may be lower than what the shipping calcuator says it is.  We will do our best to get you the best rate.

In-stock or drop-ship orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of the order.  Graphics orders may take longer depending on our graphics workload.

Special order & back-ordered items may take longer to ship.  We will inform you of this status and an estimated lead time for the item via e-mail.

RETURNS

In-stock or drop-shipped items may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are unused.

Special order items may have restrictions.  Some can't be returned at all (you will be informed if this is the case on a special order before we ship it), or may have restocking fees depending on supplier policy.

In all return cases, please notify us of the return before shipping the item back.  Your money will be refunded as soon as the items are recieved by us and their condition verified.  Refunds are by the same payment method used unless other arrangements have been made.
